Businesses change, briefs change, brands change, stakeholders change too. Regardless of what changes, these fundamentals are at the heart of my character and promise when we work together.

Embrace Courage

I’m a problem-solving person. You didn’t hire me to be friends, but it’s great if we relate and get on. You want me to challenge your ideas and assumptions. My job is to help you find the right solutions and produce results. And to have persistence to keep opening doors and new possibilities.

Keep it Simple

We’ve been trained to think complex is clever. Yet people like to understand things straight away. I like to sift through what might be complex, with the goal of finding clarity and simplicity. Complex isn’t clever so please don’t be offended if I keep unravelling things. A clear, carefully organised set of themes or actions so we’ve got a solid path to take is clever. Plain language is clever too.

Strong Advice

Sometimes it takes an agent to pry loose the truth. And winning requires, first and foremost, a fundamental relationship with the truth. You haven’t got time to dance around issues or to try and make sense of shifting sands. And I won’t apologise for bringing emotional awareness to our conversations to get to the heart of things.

I commit to listening carefully and asking questions in the right way while challenging assumptions and sharing perspectives you may not see just yet.
